Every checkout printed a receipt customers binned on the way out. I turned that dead paper into the surface brands actually wanted their name on.

A marketplace for neighbourhood businesses is worthless on launch day, when it is empty. I designed for the empty state first and the full one second.

A table-top QR gave us about four seconds of intent. The page had to earn a signup inside them, on a stranger's phone, with no app to fall back on.

One brand was shipping three different purples across two codebases. I turned 2,600 lines of ad-hoc CSS into a documented system both could share.
